weak·ness noun

Isaiah 40: 28 Do you notknow?    Have you not heard? The Lord is theeverlasting God,    the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary,     and his understandingno one can fathom. 29 He gives strength to the weary   and increasesthe power of the weak.30 Even youths grow tired and weary,   and young menstumble and fall; 31 but those who hope in the Lord   will renewtheir strength. They will soar on wings like eagles;  they will run and notgrow weary,    they will walk and not be faint.

Romans 8: 26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God. 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who[i] have been called according to his purpose.

What constitutes as failure?

Failing God is not when our plans or efforts don’t succeed. Failing God is when we don’t obey.

Betraying our Conscience

Romans 14:23 But whoever has doubt stands condemned if he eats, because his eating is not from a conviction,[h] and everything that is not from a conviction is sin.

Perverting What God Gives Us

Romans 1: ²¹ For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened. ²² Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools ²³ and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like a mortal human being and birds and animals and reptiles.

²⁴ Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. ²⁵ They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.

Causing to stumble

1 corinthians 10:  ³² Do not cause anyone to stumble,whether Jews, Greeks or the church of God— ³³ even as I try to please everyone in every way. For I am not seeking my own good but the good of many, so that they may be saved.

Failing to love

What steps do we take after failure?

God-

Hebrews 4:14-16
Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are - yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus

Proverbs 24:16 - "Even if good people fall seven times, they will get back up. But when trouble strikes the wicked, that's the end of them."
